Another Way To Print Your Document

Printing document is final step of our project. Usually, to print a document, we’ll open it first and then choose File – Print menu. I have two other ways to print it.

These tricks will helpful if you’re not printing your current opened document, because if you will print your current opened document, just click File – Print menu like usual. But if you want print existing document, these tricks will help you save time.

These are the ways:

1. First trick, to print your Microsoft Word document, just right click the file icon and then click Print menu. Thus, system will open Microsoft Word and print it directly.

2. Second trick, open your document folder and Printers and Faxes window (you can open it by click Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes). Then click the document file and drag it into your active printer icon. You can also drag multiple files to print it at once. And then your document will print directly. I suggest to tile those two windows.
