When we’re demonstrating our report to our client or boss maybe sometime we need to focus on a cell in Microsoft Excel project. And as we know Microsoft Excel doesn’t give the builtin function to zoom only a cell.
Microsoft Office XP has including Speech Recognition in its installation package. With Speech Recognition you can dictate your document or give it some commands, so you have an alternative input method beside type them by keyboard. So I want share its commands list to make it easier and how to install it if you don’t have it yet.

Do you ever try to enter a mobile phone number on Excel? Usually, a mobile phone number is beginning with zero number such as 0255499512. When you enter it on Excel cell, Excel will consider it is a number entry and Excel will apply a number format automatically. Whereas, the number format isn’t allowing number that begin with zero number. Then, Excel will remove number: 0 so the entry becomes 255499512. 


Every time you create a Microsoft Word document, it saves its properties too. By default, Microsoft Word will fill the properties with you registration name and company name. Unfortunately, you don’t always want it. Maybe you want set document properties with nothing or with yours. Whatever you choose, you must clean it first but if you must clean it every time you create a document, that’s not a good idea. You can make a macro to make it with a click.
