Task Manager is a Windows tool which has function to display entire of Windows background process. So, if it opened by wrong hands, your system components are exposed to them. To reduce the risk because Task Manager, you can disable it.
To disable Task Manager, you’ll need to modify registry value. So, you’ll need Registry Editor.
1. To open Registry Editor, open it by click Start -> Run, enter regedit in box then press Enter.

2. In Registry Editor, navigates your cursor to path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies.

3. Find System key in expanded Policies key.

4. And if you don’t find it, just create it by right click on Policies key, click New –> Key menu.

5. Change its name to System.

6. Then click System key, right click on empty space at right panel, click New –> DWORD value.

7. Replace its name to DisableTaskMgr then press Enter to save the name.

8. By default, DisableTaskMgr has 0 values, and you need to change it to 1. Just double click it, replace 0 in box to 1 then click OK button.

9. Close Registry Editor.
10. Try to press Ctrl + Alt + Del keys and if it’s works, you’ll get a warning message box.

If Task Manager still opened, try to restart your computer first. To enable Task Manager again, change DisableTaskMgr to 0 or delete it.
