Lock Your Taskbar Settings
As you know that you can modify your taskbar as you like. Maybe this thing often overlooked by us. You need to know that in Taskbar properties, you can modify from small settings like hide clock until wipe your recent document inside Start menu. If you leave it open to every user who use your computer, maybe you’ll annoyed by them.
To lock them, we’ll using Group Policy.
1. To open Group Policy window, click Start -> Run, enter gpedit.msc then press Enter.

2. Navigate to folder: Local Computer Policy \ User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar.

3. Find the Prevent changes to Taskbar and Start Menu Settings and by default, it has State: Not Configured.

4. To lock Taskbar properties, change its value to Enabled by double clicks it and chooses Enabled option and then click OK button.

5. And its state will change.

6. Close Group Policy window.
7. Try to open taskbar properties window by right click on taskbar and then click Properties window and if it works, you’ll see the warning message.
