I was running my &#8216;olden&#8217; games in my Windows XP this morning, and then suddenly, I get an error message and I have no idea about the error. Then my friend give me an advice to try set the Windows XP compatibility to earlier Windows version, and viola it works! This is maybe just a little trick but it can help you sometimes.<br />

Follow these steps:<br />
1. Choose you old application that you want set it to backward compatibility by select its shortcut inside Start Menu or Desktop.<br />

<p>2. Highlight and right click it, when sub menu appear click <strong>Properties</strong> menu.<br />

<p>3. Now click <strong>Compatibility</strong> tab.<br />

<p>4. You can try to choose previous of Windows version with check the Run this program in compatibility mode for and then choose a version of Windows that listed (picture-4)<br />

<p>5. You can also try the other option; try it until your &#8216;olden&#8217; application can run on your machine.<br />

<p>6. If you finished making some setting, click <strong>OK</strong> button.<br />
